    Pearl millet and silica are particularly rich in silicon. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Vitamin B6 and B5 also contribute to normal energy metabolism and to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Copper and zinc complement each other, as copper ensures normal skin and hair pigmentation and zinc ensures normal nails and hair.



    Recommended intake:
    Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with liquid.
